The insect cell line is Hi-N2, has a deposit number of CCTCC NO: C2020265, and can be applied to a recombinant protein production platform and applied to research and manufacturing of biological products. The obtained cell line is high in growth speed, high in cell density, stable in passage growth and free of clotting; can express foreign genes efficiently and is free of nodavirus. After mycoplasma test, sterility test and nodavirus test, the cell line is qualified for mycoplasma and sterility test, and no nodavirus is detected.
