Preparation method of biological filler for treating water pollution

The invention discloses a preparation method of a biological filler for treating water pollution. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing mixed thalli, wherein the mixed thallus is composed of a thallus of a Fenwei Cellulomicrobe DSM 16025, a thallus of a denitrifying Zonebeier's bacterium DSM 19707, and a thallus of Oleiconobacterium 99B with the accession number of CGMCC No.20523; (2) mixing the mixed thalli with diatomite to obtain bacterial powder; (3) soaking the gravels in a water glass solution; and mixing the soaked gravels and bacterial powder to obtain the biological filler. Experiments prove that the COD removal rate is obviously increased when the biological filler prepared by the invention is used for treating artificial sewage.
