The syringe clamping and feeding device comprises a base, a driving motor assembly, a driving gear, a driven gear, a driven shaft, a linear swing arm, material clamping assemblies and lifting air cylinders, wherein the driving motor assembly is in transmission connection with the driving gear, the driving gear meshes with the driven gear, the driven gear is connected to the center of the linear swing arm through the driven shaft, the driven gear rotates and drives the linear swing arm to rotate, the two lifting air cylinders are installed at the two ends of the linear swing arm correspondingly, the two material clamping assemblies are connected to the two lifting air cylinders correspondingly, the lifting air cylinders drive the material clamping assemblies to ascend and descend to take and place materials, and each material clamping assembly comprises a material clamping piece and a material clamping air cylinder.
