Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a hot air defrosting control system for a commercial cold chain. The hot air defrosting control system comprises multiple island cabinets connected in parallel. A first island cabinet is a main island cabinet. The island cabinets except the first island cabinet are slave island cabinets. Each island cabinet comprises a microcontroller, a refrigeration electromagnetic valve and a defrosting electromagnetic valve. A hot air electromagnetic valve and a return air electromagnetic valve are further arranged in the main island cabinet, refrigeration signal ports of the microcontrollers are connected with the refrigeration electromagnetic valves, and defrosting signal ports of the microcontrollers are connected with the defrosting electromagnetic valves. The microcontroller of the main island cabinet receives a temperature control instruction and then controls the refrigeration electromagnetic valve and the return air electromagnetic valve thereof to be closed at the same time, and refrigerati
