Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant insulating layer material on the surface of an aluminum winding and a preparation method thereof. An electrochemical oxidation method is adopted; the aluminum winding serves as an electrochemical anode; a net-shaped or rod-shaped electrode made of stainless steel, graphite, lead or platinum materials serves as a cathode; an acid solution serves as electrolyte to conduct electrochemical oxidation on the anode; and the surface of the aluminum winding is oxidized to form an aluminum oxide insulating layer film. The insulating layer material is directly oxidized on the surface of an aluminum substrate through an anodic oxidation method, is tightly combined with an aluminum winding substrate, and is not prone to falling off; the aluminum oxide insulating layer is stable in structure, good in wear resistance and good in high-temperature dielectric property, so that the transformer using the aluminum winding can work at the environment temperature higher than 200
