Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of TRT blade manufacturing, and discloses a 3D printing based manufacturing method for a TRT blade. The 3D printing based manufacturing method comprises the following steps: designing a metal matrix, a metal ceramic gradient material transition layer and a surface ceramic layer to obtain three-dimensional model data of the blade; processing the three-dimensional model data of the blade to output layered data; introducing the layered data into a 3D printer to accomplish forming of whole blade blank; putting the blank into a sintering furnace, and heating up to remove a bonding agent in the blank; adopting a soaking method to reduce porosity of the ceramic layer on the surface of the blade; putting the soaked blade into a hot isostatic pressure furnace or sintering, and finally obtaining a TRT equipment blade.
