The air source heat pump system comprises more than two outdoor heat exchangers, the outdoor heat exchangers comprise a preheating heat exchanger and a common heat exchanger, one side of the preheating heat exchanger is connected with the indoor heat exchanger, and the refrigerant discharged by the indoor heat exchanger can directly flow to the preheating heat exchanger without being throttled.
