Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for removing semi-molten powder particles on the surface of an additive manufacturing product. The removing method belongs to a chemical treatment method, bonded metal powder particles are dissolved or stripped by means of a chemical reaction, meanwhile, an acidic solution is injected into an inner cavity of a sandwich layer under certain pressure by utilizing the fluid mechanics principle, the product structure limitation is overcome, the solution can infiltrate the inner cavity of a part without dead angles in the whole process, the powder particles bonded in the inner cavity of the thin-wall sandwich layer can be thoroughly removed without dead angles, the risk that the powder particles fall off to form redundant substances is eliminated, and meanwhile, new redundant substances cannot be introduced. In addition, no machining stress exists in chemical treatment, and the defects of deformation and the like of the thin-wall sandwich part cannot be caused.
