The flame-retardant epoxy electromagnetic shielding material comprises, by weight, 36-75 parts of epoxy resin, 5-21 parts of a curing agent, 6-18 parts of a flame retardant and 1.5-6.5 parts of an electromagnetic shielding agent, the epoxy resin and the curing agent are dissolved in a solvent, the solvent is removed under vacuum after the flame retardant and the electromagnetic shielding agent are added, and compression molding and curing are carried out to obtain the flame-retardant epoxy electromagnetic shielding material. According to the flame-retardant epoxy electromagnetic shielding material prepared in the invention, core-shell structure Fe3O4@C and MWCNT are used as electromagnetic shielding agents, and a phosphorus-nitrogen halogen-free flame retardant is used as a high-efficiency flame retardant.
