The phytase-VC pellet preparation is prepared from 40 to 60 parts of phytase, 20 to 30 parts of vitamin C and 10 to 20 parts of palm powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: heating and melting the palm powder into a liquid state, then adding the vitamin C and the phytase, uniformly stirring to form a liquid material, and then preparing the material into granular substances by utilizing a condensation technology.
