Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a BUS voltage balance adjusting method of a power converter, and the power converter. The method comprises the steps that the difference between the BUS voltage of the positive maximum phase and the BUS voltage of the negative maximum phase in a plurality of phase voltages of the power converter serves as error input of a grading ring to calculate the voltage-sharing adjusting duty ratio of each phase; the adjusting direction of the driving duty ratio of each phase is determined according to the difference between the BUS voltage of a main phase and the average value of the BUS voltages of all the phases, wherein the main phase is the phase with the maximum absolute value in the multiple phase voltages; and balance adjustment on the BUS voltage of each phase is performed according to the adjustment direction of the driving duty ratio of each phase and the voltage-sharing adjustment duty ratio of each phase.
