The invention provides an organic light-emitting diode with a crystalline solid solution as a light-emitting layer and application, belongs to the technical field of light-emitting diodes, and solves the technical problem that in the prior art, a crystal film made of a single material cannot meet the requirement of a high-performance OLED device. The organic light-emitting diode with the solid solution film as the light-emitting layer comprises a first electrode, an induction layer, the light-emitting layer and a second electrode which are sequentially and tightly arranged from bottom to top, wherein the induction layer is a crystalline organic semiconductor film; all or part of the organic semiconductor in the light-emitting layer is of a crystalline solid solution structure; and an epitaxial relationship and/or an orientation relationship exists between crystal lattices of the crystalline solid solution and crystal lattices in the induction layer. The light-emitting diode is good in electrical property, bal
