The jet flow noise active control test platform comprises a turbofan engine jet pipe scaling model, an air supply system, a noise reduction test cabin, a noise spectrum measuring device, an electric valve and a controller. The jet flow noise radiation is adjusted through the micro jet flow and the change of the configuration and angle of the outer duct guide vane, and the test piece is a scale model of the engine jet pipe and comprises a jet pipe test piece with micro jet flow and jet pipe test pieces with various outer duct guide vane configurations. The air supply system adopts a screw type air compressor and a high-pressure air tank, and the flow of air and micro jet flow entering the inner duct and the outer duct is changed by adjusting an electric valve.
