The multi-layer coated inorganic particles are divided into three layers, the inner layer is inorganic flame-retardant particles, the middle layer is viscous organic matter PVDF-HFP, and the outer layer is coated with polyvinyl alcohol organic matter. And the PVDF-HFP in the middle layer can provide good adhesion, prevents the staggered layers of the pole piece and the diaphragm, and has good ionic conductivity at high temperature. The polyvinyl alcohol on the outer layer has good low-temperature ionic conductivity and adhesion, and makes up for the deficiency of ionic conductivity of PVDF-HFP at low temperature.
