Provided is a heat shield structure for a vehicle having an engine 1, a transmission 3 which is disposed behind the engine in the vehicle length direction, and exhaust gas passage members 17, 18 which are arranged at a side of the engine in the vehicle width direction and through which exhaust gas flows.
