Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a low-odor UV high-gloss plastic vacuum forming film and a preparation method thereof. The low-odor UV high-gloss plastic vacuum forming film is provided with a PVC substrate film, and a UV gloss oil coating coats the surface of the PVC substrate film. The preparation method of the low-odor UV high-gloss plastic vacuum forming film comprises the following concrete steps of step 1, firstly, unwinding the PVC substrate film by an unwinding machine; step 2, uniformly coating the UV gloss oil coating on the surface of the PVC substrate film by using a coating machine; and step 3, irradiating the leveled UV gloss oil by using an ultraviolet lamp, so that the UV gloss oil is cured on the surface of the PVC substrate film, and finally, the UV high-gloss plastic vacuum forming film is formed.
