Zusammenfassung:According to the present invention, a CNT (A) and a fluorene compound are combined with each other so as to obtain a solid additive that is to be added into a thermoplastic resin; and by covering at least a part of the surface of the CNT (A) with the fluorene compound (B), CNTs are able to be uniformly dispersed in a thermoplastic resin, thereby improving the mechanical characteristics such as impact strength of the resin composition. The fluorene compound (B) may have a heteroatom-containing functional group via a hydrocarbon group that is connected at the 9-position of fluorene. 作为用于添加到热塑性树脂中的固体添加剂,当将CNT(A)与芴化合物组合并且使上述CNT(A)的表面的至少一部分被上述芴化合物(B)覆盖时,可使CNT均匀地分散在热塑性树脂中,并可提高树脂组合物的冲击强度等机械特性。上述芴化合物(B)可经由键合在芴的9位上的烃基而具有含杂原子官能团。
