Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a charge pump circuit with low current mismatch, which is characterized in that a reference current bias circuit is connected with a charging circuit and a discharging circuit, the output of the charging circuit and the output of the discharging circuit are connected with a positive electrode and a negative electrode of an input port of an operational amplifier respectively, the negative electrode of the operational amplifier is connected with the output of the operational amplifier to form a unit gain negative feedback structure, and the positive electrode of the operational amplifier serves as an output port of a charge pump and is connected with the input of a first source follower and the input of a second source follower. According to the circuit structure, under the condition that low current mismatch of the charge pump is guaranteed, the current matching effect which can only be achieved through the operational amplifier is achieved through a circuit with a simple structure, and
