Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an organic solar cell with an active layer doped with a GeSe two-dimensional nano material and a preparation method of the organic solar cell. The organic solar cell is formed by sequentially laminating a cathode base, an electron transport layer, an active layer, a hole transport layer and an anode layer, and the active layer is a P3HT: PCBM thin film doped with a GeSe two-dimensional nano material. In the organic solar cell provided by the invention, the doped GeSe two-dimensional nano material has high carrier mobility (102 cm2V-1S-1), proper energy band gap (1.2 eV to 1.8 eV) and high light absorption coefficient (>104cm), and the utilization rate and the conductivity of the active layer on illumination are improved; and the GeSe powder and absolute ethyl alcohol are prepared into a solution, then mechanical stripping is conducted, the obtained solution containing the GeSe two-dimensional nanosheets and the active layer solution are mixed and then spin coating is conducted to |
