The embodiment of the invention provides a photorelay with low transmission loss of a high-frequency signal. The photorelay of an embodiment includes a polyimide substrate having a first surface and a second surface on an opposite side of the polyimide substrate from the first surface, the polyimide substrate having a thickness equal to or more than 10 [mu]m and equal to or less than 120 [mu]m, an input terminal provided on the second surface, an output terminal provided on the second surface, a light receiving element provided on the first surface, a light emitting element provided on the light receiving element, and a MOSFET provided on the first surface. 实施方式提供一种高频信号的传输损耗少的光继电器。实施方式的光继电器具备：聚酰亚胺基板，具有第一面和与第一面相反的一侧的第二面，厚度为10μm以上且120μm以下；第二面上的输入端子；第二面上的输出端子；第一面上的受光元件；受光元件上的发光元件；以及第一面上的MOSFET。
