The method comprises the following steps: determining course arrangement time and residual course arrangement sections of each course to be arranged; searching competitive courses of which the course arrangement time comprises the course arrangement time in the courses to be arranged; according to the course arrangement time and the remaining course arrangement sections of each competition course, determining the competitiveness of each competition course, wherein the competitiveness is the urgent degree of arrangement of the competition course at the course arrangement time; determining a plurality of competition courses with the maximum competitiveness; and selecting at least one competition course from the plurality of competition courses, and taking the to-be-arranged course time as a course scheduling section of the selected competition course.
