The invention provides a three-dimensional laser scanning inspection method for a tower crane. The method comprises the following steps: scanning by utilizing three-dimensional laser to obtain a three-dimensional structure graph of the current tower crane, and constructing a first coordinate system; selecting a three-dimensional structure graph of a standard tower crane of the same model to construct a second coordinate system, wherein the first coordinate system and the second coordinate system coincide, and coincident coordinate points are marked as coordinate points of the second coordinate system; removing the second coordinate system, and marking the rest coordinate points except the coincident coordinate points in the first coordinate system; and taking a part corresponding to the marked coordinate point on the three-dimensional structure graph of the current tower crane as a part with a problem in inspection.
