Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a condenser for an electric power system and a condensing system, and relates to the technical field of condensers. The condenser comprises a shell, multiple condensation pipes, a steam pipeline, a condensed water pipeline, cleaning mechanisms, a driving mechanism and a control unit. The condensation pipes are arranged in the shell, the condensation pipes are in an annular shape, and the condensation pipes are arranged in an inclined mode. The steam pipeline is connected with one ends of the condensation pipes. The condensed water pipeline is connected with the other ends of the condensation pipes. The cleaning mechanisms are arranged in the condensation pipes and comprises core wires, a plurality of first connecting columns are arranged on the two sides of the core wires, the outer ends of the first connecting columns are connected with second connecting columns, radial bristles are arranged on the first connecting columns and the second connecting columns, and the outer ends of the b
