The invention relates to a high-pressure oil film motor. The high-pressure oil film motor comprises a hollow outer case, wherein a rotating shaft and bearings arranged at the two ends of the rotating shaft in a sleeving manner are arranged in the outer case; the bearings and the rotating shaft are coaxially arranged; upper oil inlet passages and lower oil inlet passages are formed in the bearings; the upper oil inlet passages and the lower oil inlet passages all communicate with the rotating shaft; the end, away from the rotating shaft, of each of the upper oil inlet passages is provided with a corresponding upper oil inlet groove; the end, away from the rotating shaft, of each of the lower oil inlet passages is provided with a corresponding lower oil inlet groove; upper oil injection openings communicating with the upper oil inlet grooves are formed in the upper part of the outer case; lower oil injection openings communicating with the lower oil inlet grooves are formed in the lower part of the outer case;
