Tiny adjustment of the blade angle is achieved, the tolerance requirement of the installation angle of all the blades can be met, and the overall balance requirement of an overall wind tunnel fan is guaranteed. Meanwhile, the locking structure limits the freedom degree of the blade in the three-coordinate axis direction, part of centrifugal force of the blade is shared while the shimmy rigidity of the blade is improved, and the fan runs more safely and reliably.
