Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a biological material for increasing the drug sensitivity of cancer cells. The biological material comprises first colloidal particles, second colloidal particles and an interfacial agent; the biological material is a micro-nano particle structure coating; the particle size ratio of the first colloidal particles to the second colloidal particles is greater than 2; the first colloidal particles are uniformly distributed in the micro-nano particle structure coating in order; and a plurality of second colloidal particles are uniformly distributed around the periphery of each first colloidal particle. The biological material can effectively improve the sensitivity of cancer cells to a cancer drug, so that the cancer cells can be efficiently killed under the action of a low-dosage drug, and the damage of the drug to normal cells and side effects caused by the drug are reduced. The invention further provides a cell culture vessel and application thereof.
