The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing raw material oil and new hydrogen, feeding into a reaction furnace, adding a catalyst, reacting in a reactor I and a reactor II, desulfurizing in a solid dry desulfurization tower, and fractionating at normal pressure to obtain a food-grade white oil product.
