Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a monoclonal antibody hybridoma cell strain 3E8 with high specificity and high sensitivity. A monoclonal antibody secreted from the hybridoma cell strain 3E8 has good reactivity with a PRRSV-NVDC-JXA1 strain and a PRRSV-JXA1-R vaccine low-virulent strain obtained through generation transferring, has broad-spectrum reactivity with both American PRRSV and European PRRSV and can be used for detecting the American PRRSV and the European PRRSV; and meanwhile, the monoclonal antibody disclosed by the invention can be used for inhibiting and reducing CPE caused after inoculation of the PRRSV-NVDC-JXA1 strain and has certain neutralizing activity to the PRRSV. 本发明制备得到了一株具有高特异性、高灵敏度的单克隆抗体杂交瘤细胞株3E8，杂交瘤细胞株3E8分泌的单克隆抗体与PRRSV-NVDC-JXA1株及经过传代得到的PRRSV-JXA1-R疫苗弱毒株均具有良好的反应活性，对于美洲型PRRSV和欧洲型PRRSV均具有广谱反应活性，可以用于美洲型PRRSV和欧洲型PRRSV的检测，同时，本发明的单克隆抗体其能抑制和减少PRRSV-NVDC-JXA1株接种后导致的CPE，对于PRRSV病毒具有一定的中和活性。
