The image collecting and processing device is used for collecting and processing images of the laser irradiated on the ground and transmitting obtained image data to the DSP controller, and the DSP controller is used for judging whether the road surface is dangerous or not according to the image data and controlling the alarm component to give an alarm if the road surface is dangerous.
