The invention discloses a rapid punching device for a novel environment-friendly wall material. The device comprises a supporting base; a first protective shell is mounted at the top end of the supporting base; a first threaded rod is rotatably connected to the interior of the first protective shell; a movable T-shaped table is in threaded connection to the surface of the first threaded rod; a second threaded rod is in threaded connection with the interior of the movable T-shaped table; two L-shaped movable blocks are in threaded connection with the surface of the second threaded rod; and opposite threads are arranged at the connecting positions of the second threaded rod and the L-shaped movable blocks. Clamping devices are arranged on the sides, opposite to the center of the movable T-shaped table, of the L-shaped movable blocks, and the two L-shaped movable blocks are adjusted through an adjusting mechanism arranged in the movable T-shaped table, so that the clamping devices are located above the movable T
