The equipment and the method are characterized in that a plasma arc is adopted as a heat source, a multi-wire welding wire is melted, the multi-wire welding wire is subjected to formula twisting through a twisted assembly, and the composition and performance of a prepared high-entropy alloy part can be adjusted by changing the composition of the solid welding wire of a twisted wire; and according to the method, additive manufacturing of the high-entropy alloy by melting metal powder is broken through, and additive manufacturing of the uniformly-twisting high-entropy alloy is performed by taking various common alloy wires as raw materials, so that the additive manufacturing cost of the high-entropy alloy is greatly reduced, and the additive manufacturing efficiency is greatly improved.
