The biscuit is prepared from the following raw materials: shortening, ultra-micro low-gluten wheat flour, ultra-micro powdered sugar, ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, phospholipid, ultra-micro starch, ultra-micro milk powder, grease micro-capsule powder, malt syrup and edible salt.
