According to the technical scheme, by adopting spot electric energy market electricity price data and frequency modulation auxiliary service market electricity price data as input, considering typical receiving end power grid characteristics, analyzing energy storage power station feasibility application scenes, considering economy of the energy storage power station under multi-scene application and considering energy storage power station charge state constraints and power constraints, an optimal scheduling model with maximum benefit when the energy storage power station participates in peak regulation and frequency modulation services simultaneously is established.
