A traditional device can only emit light in one direction due to the fact that a cathode is usually opaque. And the full-transparent OLED device can realize bidirectional light emitting, so that the application scene of the OLED device can be improved. Graphene is used as an electrode, so that the conductivity of the OLED device is improved, and the voltage endurance capability of the OLED device is enhanced; and the thickness of the graphene is two orders of magnitude lower than that of a traditional electrode, so that the overall thickness of the OLED device is greatly reduced, and the ultrathin transparent OLED device is prepared. 本发明公开了一种石墨烯全电极透明OLED器件制作方法,属于OLED器件技术领域。传统器件由于阴极通常不透明,只能单向发光;而全透明OLED器件能够实现双向发光,能够提升OLED器件应用场景。本发明采用石墨烯作为电极,提升了OLED器件的导电能力,使其耐压能力得到增强;且石墨烯厚度比传统电极低两个数量级,从而大大降低了OLED器件的整体厚度,进而制备出超薄透明的OLED器件。
