Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a bivalent attenuated vaccine capable of resisting both cucumber mosaic virus and tobacco vein banding mosaic virus. The bivalent attenuated vaccine contains mutant RNA2 of a CMVFny isolate; the mutant RNA2 of the CMVFny isolate is characterized in that TAATAG and a section of conserved sequence of tobacco vein banding mosaic virus are inserted behind the 2661th site of the RNA2 full-length sequence of the CMVFny isolate; the nucleotide sequence of the conserved sequence of the inserted tobacco vein banding mosaic virus is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1; and the nucleotide sequence of the mutant RNA2 of the CMVFny isolate is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 2.
