Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a halogen-free flame-retardant long glass fiber reinforced nylon 12 material with a high RTI value as well as a preparation method and application of the halogen-free flame-retardant long glass fiber reinforced nylon 12 material. The halogen-free flame-retardant long glass fiber reinforced nylon 12 material is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 15 to 75 percent of nylon 12, 15 to 55 percent of long glass fibers, 5 to 35 percent of a compatibilization type halogen-free flame retardant master batch, 0 to 10 percent of a flame retardant synergist, 0 to 5 percent of a compatible flexibilizer, 0 to 8 percent of a high-temperature-resistant modifier, 0 to 2 percent of an antioxidant, 0 to 8 percent of a coloring agent, 0 to 0.8 percent of a nucleating agent and the like.
