The poly (methyl) acrylate block polymer is shown as a formula I in the specification, wherein R1 is C1-C22 linear alkyl or C1-C22 branched alkyl, R2 is hydrogen or methyl, R3 is hydrogen or methyl, R4 is at least one fluorine atom substituted C1-C22 linear alkyl or C1-C22 branched alkyl, and m and n are independently integers not less than 1.
