Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of fluorine chemical industry, in particular to a device and a process for co-production of tetrafluoroethylene and pentafluoroethane. The device comprises a tetrafluoroethylene production device, a tetrafluoroethylene rectifying tower I, a tetrafluoroethylene rectifying tower II, pentafluoroethane reaction and separation integrated equipment, a recovery tower, a light component removal tower, a product rectifying tower and a tetrafluoroethylene rectification release gas conveying pipeline. The tetrafluoroethylene rectification release gas conveying pipeline is connected with the tetrafluoroethylene rectifying tower I and the pentafluoroethane reaction and separation integrated equipment. Rectification release gas released from the tetrafluoroethylene rectifying tower I is enabled to enter pentafluoroethane reaction and separation integrated equipment through the tetrafluoroethylene rectification release gas conveying pipeline to react with hydrofluoric acid to gen
