Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a coal dressing method for optimizing the raw coal ratio through H-R curves. The coal dressing method comprises the following steps of setting the mass of cleaned coal, and obtaining the H-R curve of each raw coal by using a floating and sinking test; according to the set mass of the cleaned coal, obtaining a ratio set of all the raw coal under all the floating and sinking densities through the H-R curves; and calculating the cost of each raw coal combination in the ratio set to obtain the ratio of each raw coal with the lowest cost and the corresponding floating and sinking density. The method can effectively reduce the cost of the raw coal on the premise of ensuring the mass of the cleaned coal. 本发明公开了一种通过H-R曲线优化原煤配比的选煤方法,包括以下步骤:设定洗精煤质量,利用浮沉试验得到各原煤的H-R曲线;依据设定的洗精煤质量通过H-R曲线求得各原煤在各浮沉密度下的配比集;计算配比集内各原煤组合的成本,得到最低成本的各原煤的配比以及对应的浮沉密度。本发明在保证洗精煤质量的前提下能够有效的降低原煤成本。
