Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a peanut protein isolate-polylactic acid nanofiber membrane which is prepared by electrostatic spinning of peanut protein isolate and polylactic acid, and ciprofloxacin hydrochloride can be loaded on the nanofiber membrane. The mass ratio of the peanut protein isolate to the polylactic acid is (10: 90)-(90: 10), and the mass fraction of the ciprofloxacin hydrochloride is 5%-15%. The invention further relates to a preparation method of the peanut protein isolate-polylactic acid nanofiber membrane and application of the peanut protein isolate-polylactic acid nanofiber membrane in preparation of biomedical materials.
