The double-fermentation normal-temperature lactic acid bacteria beverage is prepared from the following raw materials: 25 to 40 permillage of whole milk powder, 2.0 to 4.0 permillage of whey protein powder, 60 to 90 permillage of white granulated sugar, 80 to 150 permillage of fermented fruit juice, 0.8 to 4.5 permillage of pectin, 1.0 to 6.5 permillage of soluble soybean polysaccharide, 0.5 to 1.5 permillage of sodium citrate, 0.5 to 1.5 permillage of sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.5 to 1.5 permillage of sodium hexametaphosphate and the balance of water.
