Zusammenfassung:	A stator vane is provided with a blade body (51), an outer shroud (60o), and an impinge plate (81). The outer shroud (60o) is provided with a recess. The impinge plate (81) forms a cavity in the recess. The impinge plate (81) and the outer shroud (60o) have communicating holes (89). The impinge plate (81) has formed therein a plurality of through-holes (88) providing communication between the outer space and the cavity.
