Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an RS485-MVB (Multifunction Vehicle Bus) gateway based on an HDLC (High-level Data Link Control) protocol. The RS485-MVB gateway comprises a first RS485-MVB gateway and a second RS485-MVB gateway, the first RS485-MVB gateway and the second RS485-MVB gateway respectively comprise an MVB board, a processor and an RS485 transceiver; wherein data interaction is carried out between the first RS485-MVB gateway and the second RS485-MVB gateway through the MVB board and the RS485 transceiver, and data interaction is carried out between the first RS485-MVB gateway and the second RS485-MVB gateway. The communication function of the RS485-MVB gateway cannot be degraded in fault modes such as fault of a single channel RS485 transceiver of the RS485-MVB gateway, fault of an MVB board or fault of a processor, so that normal operation of a train can be ensured.
