The invention provides an electronic tag with a prompter and an electronic tag object searching method of a reader-writer. The method comprises the following steps that the electronic tag receives a radio frequency signal transmitted by the reader-writer; the electronic tag converts the radio-frequency signal into a direct-current voltage; the electronic tag decodes the object searching command and obtains feature information and verification data; the electronic tag calculates a signature value; the reader-writer verifies the signature value and transmits a label selection command; the electronic tag decodes the tag selection command and sets the tag selection command to be in a selected state; the reader-writer transmits a starting command; and the electronic tag receives the starting command and starts the prompter.
