The method comprises the following steps: generating a plurality of fragmentation keys, setting a fragmentation key reservation pool, putting the plurality of fragmentation keys into the fragmentation key reservation pool, and setting state information corresponding to each fragmentation key; when a fragment key is allocated to the target data, obtaining a first fragment number of all fragments which are set at present, selecting a target fragment key from the fragment key reservation pool by using a preset fragment allocation rule based on the first fragment number, and determining a target fragment used for storing the target data; and distributing the target fragment key to the target data, storing the target data in the target fragment, and setting the state information corresponding to the target fragment key as a use state.
