One end of the current emission electrode is an electrode positive electrode, and the other end is an electrode negative electrode; one conductive sleeve is connected with the electrode positive electrode, and the other conductive sleeve is connected with the electrode negative electrode; and a riveting hole is formed in each conductive sleeve, the wiring rivet is fixedly arranged in the riveting holes, and the wire is fixedly connected with the wiring rivet. The conductive sleeves are fixedly connected with the positive electrode or the negative electrode of the current emission electrode, the riveting holes are formed in the conductive sleeve, the wiring rivet is fixed in the riveting holes, and the wire is fixedly connected with the wiring rivet; and the conductive sleeves and the wiring rivet are utilized to connect the wire with the current emis
