Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a modified inorganic silicate compounded stain-resistant and anti-freezing emulsion. Raw materials comprise deionized water, styrene, a methacrylate monomer, an acrylate monomer, an alkyl acrylic acid monomer, trimethylolpropane triester, vinyltriethoxysilane, polyethylene glycol methacrylate, an emulsifier, an initiator, a bactericide, a carbonate buffer, a defoaming agent, sodium hydroxide and modified inorganic silicate. Through a soft-shell and hard-shell polymerization process, prepolymer seeds with fine particle size and low glass transition temperature are polymerized through low-temperature initiation, then monomers with stain-resistant and anti-freezing effects are polymerized onto the prepolymer seeds through high-temperature reaction to obtain core-shell polymer emulsion, and finally, inorganic silicate is compounded and modified by latex particles, so the obtained emulsion achieves a super-strong stain-resistant effect.
