The electron active material has a structure as shown in a general formula (I), wherein X1, X2 and X3 are respectively and independently selected from halogen, nitro, carbonyl, pyridyl, cyano, pyrazolyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6-C20 benzimidazolyl, oxadiazolyl, boron dioxide pentyl, aryl sulfuryl and aryl-phosphine oxide; m and n are 1 or 2; p is 0, 1 or 2; and q is 0 or 1.
