The three-stage completely-free portal frame comprises a first portal frame, a second portal frame, a third portal frame, a fork arm carrier, a first rear lifting cylinder for driving the second portal frame to move up and down, a second rear lifting cylinder for driving the third portal frame to move up and down, and a front lifting cylinder for driving the fork arm carrier to move up and down.
