The stock bin device comprises a buffer feeding device, an edge magnet feeding device and an edge magnet ejection mechanism, the buffer feeding device comprises at least one group of buffer feeding assembly, and each group of the buffer feeding assemblies is used for feeding one buffer; the edge magnet feeding device comprises at least one group of edge magnet feeding assembly, each group of the edge magnet feeding assemblies corresponds to one group of the buffer feeding assemblies, and each group of the edge magnet feeding assemblies is used for pushing out edge magnets in a buffer fed by the corresponding buffer feeding assembly and conveying the edge magnets to the edge magnet ejection mechanism; and the edge magnet ejection mechanism is used for ejecting the edge magnets to a material taking position of a material taking mechanism so as to feed the edge magnets.
